Since moving to a temporary living arrangement in Stamford, England in the fall of 2016 Brinsley and I have been searching for our next home, to include a garden and studio. Does searching for that home count as a creative project? I think so. I cannot believe how much I have learned about myself/ourselves.

Without a studio and so much time devoted to house hunting, I have found other ways of keeping the creative beast satisfied: reading Art Reveiw, my "rabbit" needlework in front of the BBC, walks using the camera to take visual notes. Instagram has helped:

Education

Long ago and in a distant land, I earned degrees in both gardening and in fine arts.  These facts are worth mentioning to confirm, if only to myself, that my interest in those topics is long standing.  Haven't gardened much since Brinsley and I left the Virgin Islands in 2008. From that point I instead concentrated on being a full-time artist working from my spacious home studio in rural Oregon. Painted big things at that time, entered competitions:
